Zlata specializes in weaving the practice of mindfulness into her work as a psychotherapist and yoga teacher. Whether she is in a therapy or yoga session, Zlata’s values are to display presence, authenticity, and acceptance with each and every client, with a mission of helping others move towards a more rich and meaningful life experience. Having received extensive training in a unique, mindfulness-based therapeutic approach called ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) along with different styles of yoga, Zlata enjoys combining the benefits of yoga and meditation along with psychotherapy for an integrative and holistic mind-body approach to healing.
